Very kind staff.

The food is the same as everywhere else at Mc Donald. The water quality in the Auetal unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired about the drinks in the shop tasting BAD because they use the tap water to mix their drinks on site. The staff here are basically all fine. Only in the evening had an employee who said he would have to go into a fight with us, but who is apparently no longer employed for this company afterwards. By and large, a completely normal MC Donald.

Burgers in particular party old and dry. French fries fried too long. Sauce for check mcnuggets was missing. Eating was a letdown. Location next to the motorway in the direction of Berlin unfavorable.

Somewhat out of the way but easy to find thanks to signs. But that was the only positive thing for me. Although there were only 2 orders, the young waitress was not able to bag everything. Only after a complaint was the missing part listlessly handed over over the counter. A word of excuse - no news.

Unfortunately, parts of the order were repeatedly missing (via the app) to be picked up at the MC Drive

Nice little Mc a bit hard to find but it works. There are some gas stations and parking spaces nearby so it fits. Will surely visit the store again

McDonalds restaurant the way you want it. Clean, friendly, can only be annoying at a high level, but I do that too ;-) If you want ketchup / majo with the fries, ketchup / ketchup is just next to it

Unfortunately I can only advise you against this MC Donald. The employees are extremely slow, the food (burger) is maximally lukewarm, the MC Rip had 1/3 of the actual amount of sauce when it comes up. That means he was completely dry. Then I ordered 2 apple pockets, what did I get? An apple and a cherry pocket. Then a drink was missing, but that can happen. Despite the few guests, the staff made a completely overwhelmed impression. The impression was unfortunately also reflected in the time, because we waited almost 30 minutes for 3 menus and 2 apple turnovers. Then an order machine is defective, but please don't believe that there is a sign hanging in front of it. When we said the problem to a member of staff, the only answer was "I know he's been sparing for a while"! All in one sentence: I will not indulge our experience of today and will never enter this MC Donalds again.

McDonald's branch with an employee who demands hand disinfection for all visitors to the interior. Unfortunately, the necessary cleanliness is missing elsewhere. Paper towels were also not available. I decided to try the drive-in, as mandatory hand disinfection may be more useful in a hospital. Unfortunately, the numerous young employees were overwhelmed on the evening of September 12th, 2020 despite the low customer frequency. The cars (3) waiting in the parking position after the cash register blocked the passage and were gradually being supplied with food parcels by an elderly gentleman. Then I drove on hungry without having achieved anything because it was too chaotic for me.

I had to wait half an hour for the food, others who came later received their orders in front of me and when mine was then miserable, several things were even missing. Something like that is a no go for me. Especially after so much money. And there wasn't even a bong for the order.

Recommended as a break after a long motorway drive. The restaurant and the outside area are very clean. Very nice that it wasn't so crowded there. The staff are very friendly and the food is ready very quickly. I had to deduct 1 star because the fries were cold.

There is a very friendly staff on site and it is also comfortable to eat there. The food is brought to the table quickly, but halfway cold. The drinks are too cold due to the ice cubes because there are too many in them and you get them without a lid or a straw. And the shrimp are too tough.
